This site, invest.racein8te.com, is operated by IN8TE (“IN8TE”, “we”, “us”), the fitness-racing apparel brand behind racein8te.com. For anything related to your data, contact us at hello@racein8te.com.

2. What we collect

When you request the IN8TE investor deck, we collect the information you give us:

Your first name, last name, email address and the investment range you select.
Correspondence you send us by email or social media.
Basic technical data generated by visiting the site (IP address, browser type), as recorded by our hosting provider’s standard server logs.

3. How we use it

We use this information to:

Send you the investor deck and updates about investing in IN8TE.
Contact you about investment opportunities matching the interest you expressed.
Send you emails about IN8TE, based on the consent you give when submitting the form. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
Improve our communication and materials.

4. Legal bases

Where EU/UK data protection law applies, we rely on: your consent (marketing emails), steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (discussing a potential investment) and our legitimate interest in raising capital and building the IN8TE brand.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers we use, who process it on our behalf: Klaviyo (email) and our hosting provider. Some of these providers may process data outside the EU/UK under standard contractual safeguards.

6. How long we keep it

If you invest, we keep your data for as long as required for legal, tax and accounting purposes. If you only request the deck, we keep your details for up to 24 months so we can update you on future rounds, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

7. Your rights

Under EU/UK law you can ask us for access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, restrict or object to its processing, ask for portability, and withdraw consent at any time (which does not affect processing that already happened). Email hello@racein8te.com and we will respond within the statutory deadline. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

8. Cookies

This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Only technically necessary storage is used to make the site and the form work.

9. Changes

We may update this policy over time. The current version is always at this address, with the date above.

10. Not financial advice

Nothing on this site or in the deck is financial advice or a public offer. Investing in early-stage companies carries risk, including the loss of the full amount invested. SEIS tax relief depends on your individual circumstances and may change.
